Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reserve your spot: Make your reservation at least three weeks in advance by paying 20% of the total tour price. This deposit is non-refundable.
Second payment: Make a second payment corresponding to 30% of the total price, no later than one day before the tour date. This allows us to coordinate and adjust costs with service providers.
Final payment: We're all friends here. You can pay the remaining 50% upon arrival, before the tour begins.
Changes or cancellations: If you can't attend, let us know at least eight days in advance so we can review options for postponement, transferring your spot, or cancellation.
Minimum Route Capacity: To ensure the best experience, we operate with a minimum of 2 people. If this minimum is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule the activity by mutual agreement.
